Funded Philosophy MA and PhD places at Central European University

  Funded Philosophy MA and PhD places available at Central European University (CEU, Budapest) (to start in Sep 2018)! Central European University (CEU<https://www.ceu.edu/>) is an English-speaking postgraduate-only university, with a highly international faculty and student body, forming a lively and supportive community in beautiful Budapest. CEU is accredited in both the U.S. and Hungary, and attracts talented students from all over the world. The CEU Department of Philosophy<https://philosophy.ceu.edu/> specializes mainly in analytic philosophy, but combines different approaches to contemporary philosophy and its history, producing a unique and fruitful dialogue. The CEU Department of Philosophy is now welcoming applications to its one-year and two-year MA programs<https://philosophy.ceu.edu/masters-philosophy> and to its PhD program<https://philosophy.ceu.edu/phd-philosophy> in philosophy, beginning in September 2018. Funding: All applicants admitted to an MA program can then apply for Financial Aid<https://www.ceu.edu/financialaid>, awarded based on a combination of academic merit and financial need, which may include partial or full tuition fee waiver, stipend, housing allowance and health insurance. All applicants to the PhD program are automatically considered for a CEU Doctoral Scholarship<https://www.ceu.edu/admissions/funding-fees/finaid-applicants/phd>, which includes a full tuition fee waiver, stipend, housing allowance and health insurance. The application deadline is February 1st, 2018, for PhD applicants and for MA applicants seeking financial aid; and June1st, 2018 for self-financing applicants.
